New guide on manor houses to attract cultural tourists to Lolland-Falster
Museum Lolland-Falster publishes a pocket guide to 15 manor houses on the South Sea islands, and Visit Lolland-Falster will establish a manor house route. It must attract more Danish and especially German cultural tourists.
Lolland-Falster has Denmark's largest concentration of manor houses, and they must attract more cultural tourists to the South Sea Islands. Therefore, Museum Lolland-Falster is now publishing a guide to 15 of the total of 53 manor houses in Lolland-Falster. It was written by historian and manor expert John Erichsen. Common to the selected manors is that tourists can get up close and sometimes even inside.
