We invite you inside. to experience the stories of the fjord through the exhibition FJORD and then to invite you out further – out along the water, out into the fjord country and out into communities.

In FJORD you feel the premise before you understand it. Here you stand in the middle of past choices, present actions, and future actions side by side.
Experience the conditions we have always lived under: From settlements along the shallow water to medieval herring markets, from the consequences of storm surges to industrial changes to the coast.
In the Port Building you will experience perspective because we let the rhythm of nature and the stories of culture stand side by side, so you can feel the connections.
How have humans lived with the fjord before us? What does it mean for us today? What choices do we face?

We offer two types of cards:
- A personal card that gives access to the cardholder.
The price for this card is: 245 kr. - A personal card that gives access to the cardholder and an optional companion. The price for this card is: 395 kr.
The card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
