REVENTLOW MUSEUM PEDERSTRUP
EGN event: For coffee in the forest pavilion
EGN Lolland-Falster and Museum Lolland-Falster invite to afternoon coffee at Frøkenerne in Skovpavillonen
Step into the Skovpavillonen's cozy, high-ceilinged dance hall, where there is an extraordinary cover up for a cake table out of the ordinary, when EGN and THE OLD HOUSES offer a historical taste experience, where cake and pastries are in focus.
You get a very special museum experience in the company of two of Museum Lolland-Falster's museum inspectors, Anne-Lotte Sjørup Mathiesen and Vibeke Knöchel Christensen, who will take you on a tasteful journey through the cake's history - from medieval fat cakes to the modern whipped cream cakes that begin to appear around the year 1900.
The cake's exciting history will of course go hand in hand with the taste experience in the best EGN way, when we have to taste the delicacies, which are made on the basis of original recipes by Baker Marc Pabst from Pabst Bakery in Maribo.
The ticket includes admission to DE GAMLE HUSE, Maribo's open-air museum, which on this day holds the traditional craftsmen's day, where you have the opportunity to visit and experience the museum either before or after the event.
