EGN event: Dinner at Jægeren's

Join us for an unforgettable evening of hunting!

EGN and Reventlow-Museet Pederstrup offer a few pleasant evening hours in the hunting company, where we will enjoy a wonderful hunting dinner made with local game and green ingredients. The entire dinner is prepared by our skilled EGN chef on the manor kitchen's original wood-burning stove.

We promise you a thoroughly authentic taste experience that incorporates old as well as new food traditions in the best possible way, nicely accompanied by Krenkerup Bryggeri's good beer and must from Lolle Frugt.

The Hunter's Hunting Dinner:

• Game tragout with parsley root, portobello mushrooms and pickled carrots. To this, coarse mashed potatoes with parsley.
• Apple panna cotta with baked plums and vanilla ice cream.

The ticket includes entrance to Pederstrup, where there will be various activities throughout the day that tell about the history of hunting. More detailed program to follow.
