Step into the Skovpavillon's cosy, high-ceilinged dance hall, where this afternoon an unusual cake table has been set up. Here you can join one tasteful journey through the history of the cake - from medieval butter cakes to the more modern whipped cream cakes of the 1900th century. And of course it's all spiced up with sweet stories about the cake's many shapes, flavors and ingredients.
The cakes are made based on original recipes in collaboration with master baker Marc Pabst in Maribo.
